Who am I?
I’m Toni, a master’s student studying art, philosophy, and cultural institutions. I love learning and want to improve my writing, so will be writing short articles about things I find interesting - hopefully you find them interesting too!

What is toni’s curiosity cabinet?
Cabinets of curiosities, also known as wonder-rooms, were encyclopedic collections of objects whose categorical boundaries were, in Renaissance Europe, yet to be defined. Although more rudimentary collections had preceded them, the classic cabinets of curiosities emerged in the sixteenth century.
So, this is essentially a braindump of interesting things I find and want to share - my digital cabinet of curiosities. I hope to create a mix of art, essays, and journal excerpts to document my time as a master’s student. While battling intense impostor syndrome I endeavor to prove to myself that I can create beautiful things.
I don’t want to assign a posting schedule to myself because I know I won’t stick to it. So expect posts here and there. If you enjoy, please subscribe! :)
